Le Monstre unearthed from the Max Pittion archives of the 1940's is a bold carved and articulated shape. While the lens is square / slightly rounded, the top bridge is highly carved. It dips in the middle and rises to the outside connection with a 22-degree point and 3D carving all the way down the connection. The rimline is meaty and carved with a cut-off on the outside bottom corner. Built for any RX or your favorite sun lenses. This is a 46/28 spec frame. Nose pads are constructed of the same material / color of the frame.
The front is triple riveted with brass pins, the side horizontal double pins. A heavy 5-barrel brass hinge is the connective action of the frame. The temple shape moves back straight and articulates down just before the ear area then ends in a square round tip.
