Shipping and Returns

Shipping offers free shipping to anyone in the United States. Returns will incur an $8 return shipping fee. All shipments are shipped through the USPS unless otherwise noted. All shipments should arrive in 5 business days. If you choose an express option your delivery will be sent either FedEx, UPS, USPS (at the discretion of Black Optical). When choosing an express option please note that delays may occur that are out of our control such as weather, holidays, etc. If this happens we cannot refund an express shipping charge. 

All shipments are wrapped and hand packed at our stores. If you have any questions or special requests please email Our team will respond to any inquiries or requests Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm (CST). 

Orders received before 4:00pm (CST) Monday-Friday are typically fulfilled same day. Orders received before 12:00pm (CST) on Saturdays are typically fulfilled that day. Most shipments are filled much quicker and mailed out immediately. Orders received after these times will ship the next business day.

*Please note purchases of Oyo Box products require a $15 shipping and handling fee.

International Shipping

When ordering outside of the US please read carefully. 

All orders placed outside of the US are shipped via DHL. We offer this shipping at a flat rate of $65 anywhere in the world. At this time we CANNOT guarantee any international shipping times; however, the average quoted international shipping time is 3-6 business days. International shipping times vary greatly by country. Each country has its own importing, VAT, or customs fees. YOU are responsible for any and all fees when the package reaches your country. We will not mark your package as a gift. The package will be marked with its correct retail value.

Please take the aforementioned information into account when using express options. We cannot guarantee delivery times with international shipments. 

If you choose to return a shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping cost and will be responsible to return the product to us. 


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

All Jacques Marie Mage is non-refundable and eligible for exchange only due to its limited production.

Any item marked as FINAL SALE will not be eligible for refund or exchange. FINAL SALE items include any frames from the Jacques Marie Mage Last Frontier Collection, Jacques Marie Mage Alanui Collection, Jacques Marie Mage Yellowstone Collection, and any frames from the limited-edition Jacques Marie Mage Archived Collection. 

All online returns will incur an $8 return shipping fee. Exchanges are free. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will not refund any additional shipping charges. 


Any item marked as FINAL SALE. 

Gift cards.

Any custom or prescription lenses.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, not damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

All Jacques Marie Mage is eligible for exchange only, no refunds due to its limited production.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
