Inspired by the Italian vintage frame featured in the 1972 catalog inherited from the first EYEVAN design team, a metal wraparound end-piece has been adopted from the frame, and the temple shape has been updated to a three-dimensional design. For the front, we matched the rectangle shape that was in design stocks of the current design team’s ideas. The end-piece features a new rivet inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s building blocks, resulting in a model that elevates a simple element to a structural design.
